elderflower and light aromas of nettle and medlar
Palate: dry, crisp structure, mineral and juicy notes and
a pleasant, fresh acidity, with an inviting and stimulating fnish
Aging potential: 5 years
Serving temperature: 11-13°C
Pairing suggestions: shellfish and crustaceans, sushi,
sashimi, smoked trout
