at 450 m a.s.l.
Vinifcation: small wooden barrels
Color: brilliant straw yellow
Nose: elegant, playful aromas, exotic with pineapple
and banana, some baked apple and hints of tobacco,
white pepper, cedar wood and rosemary
Palate: elegant structure, complex, smooth, juicy
fullness with a lively, minerally fnish
Aging potential: 10 years
Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Pairing suggestions: asparagus, oysters, beef tartare
