General terms and conditions

Kornell Living means holiday at the historic wine farm. Here people work and you are right in the middle of it all. Our hardworking employees sometimes start work early in the morning. We ask for your understanding that even in the morning hours there can be a lot of activity.

We do not serve breakfast, but in the centre of Siebeneich, which is only a 10 minute walk away, you will find everything you need. In 6 km distance there is a big supermarket, which is open daily (also on weekends).

Thank you for your understanding that in our holiday flats your pets are not allowed.  
Our flats are non-smoking zones!

AGB`s

1) Arrival and departure

Your holiday apartment is ready for occupancy from 15.00 pm on the day of your arrival and is available until 10.00 ams on the day of your departure.

2) Prices

The prices quoted are for two persons per flat. The flat Schafferhaus Zeder is suitable for a maximum of 5 persons and the flat Schafferhauf Cosmas for a maximum of 3 persons. For each additional person from 4 years we charge € 35,00 per day. The daily price includes electricity, water and heating expenses, 10% VAT, as well as bed linen change once a week, towel change as required, bath towels, and free access to WLAN. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of 50,00 € per stay and flat. If you wish to have the flat cleaned during your stay, we can offer this service for 50,00 €. Not included is the local tax, which is € 1,10 per day and per person from the age of 14.

3) Terms and conditions

Bookings under 7 days will not be accepted during the high season and Christmas.

In Italy, cash payments can only be accepted up to a maximum limit of 2.999,00 €. You can pay in cash for amounts below 2.999,00 € or by bank transfer. Credit card (except American Express) and bankomat payments are possible.
For definitive reservations we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount to the following account:

4) Cancellation conditions

According to art. 1382 ZGB there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Civil Code. Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZGB:  Up to 3 months before arrival we will refund your deposit minus a handling fee of Euro 25,00.  Up to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation for 30% of the booking price. In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival, the full amount is due for the entire booking period. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
